ACADEMIC YEAR 2019-2020

AGE QUALIFICATIONS

Students must be at least 35 months old and no older than 66 months by Sept 3, 2019. Children do not need to be potty trained.

PARENT VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT

For each student enrolled, a parent/ guardian is required to volunteer in the school 5 hours per month and also volunteer on a committee. Parents may opt out of the in-school hours by paying an additional $75/mo.

APPLICATION PROCESS

  1. Beginning Feb 14, 2019, submit application and pay $30 application fee via this web page. 

  2. You will be notified via email within one week of your application, if your application has been accepted. At that time, you will receive enrollment forms.

  3. Return your enrollment forms and complete your payments within two weeks of being notified of application acceptance. Payments due with your enrollment forms include a $100 enrollment fee and last month's tuition. These payments are non-refundable. At this time, may opt to make a Tuition-in-Full payment for the entire year and receive a 5% discount. 

  4. After enrollment forms are received, we will be in contact with you about upcoming events and information.

  5. Tuition is due on August 1, 2019 for the following month, and every first of the month for the following month through March, 2020. Unless you choose to pay tuition in full. In which case, you will pay the annual amount when you return your enrollment forms.

REFUND POLICIES, WITHDRAWALS, LATE FEES, CANCELLATIONS

  • The $30 application fee is non-refundable.

  • The $100 enrollment fee and last month's tuition are non-refundable.

  • You may withdraw your student at any time, but you will not be refunded for payment already submitted. (For example, if you pay on October 1st for November and you withdraw your student on October 15, you will not be refunded the payment made on October 1st.) We recommend giving at least 30 days notice before withdrawing your student.

  • If you need to withdraw your student and you opted for a Tuition-in-Full payment, you will be refunded any future months (according to the rules of the monthly payments), minus last month's tuition and minus the full 5% discount you received.

  • A late fee of $50 will be incurred on the 2nd day of the month after payment is not received. If payment is not completed by the 5th day of the month, your child's enrollment will be cancelled starting the 1st day of the following month.  If you would like to re-enroll your child, you will be required to make the Tuition-in-Full Payment.
