Important Information

How do I sign up for Summer?

1. Pay the application fee of $50. One fee per application per child. This in NON-REFUNDABLE.

2. Fill out the application. There is only ONE application for both Summer and next Academic year. If you are only interested in Summer, fill out the application fully but choose "No" on the Academic Year questions.

3. You will be notified via email within two weeks of your application if your request has been accepted. At that time, you will receive enrollment forms via Brightwheel.

4. Return your enrollment forms within 2 business days of being notified of application acceptance.

5. After enrollment forms are received, we will be in contact with you about upcoming events and information. Your child must attend a Meet Your Teacher event. Details forthcoming on dates and times.

6. Tuition for camps is due one month before camps on the 1st day of the month. Your Brightwheel account will be billed seven days before payment is due. For example, If you are enrolled in any June camps, tuition is due on May 1. TUITION PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

AGE QUALIFICATIONS

For Raccoons, Chipmunks, and Squirrels, the child's birthday must be on or before June 1, 2021 to enroll in the Summer Camps. We accept ages up to age 5 (or the Summer before entering kindergarten).

For Rabbits, the child's birthday must be on or before June 1, 2022 to enroll in Summer Camps.

Children do not need to be out of diapers, and if they are in diapers we will make a toilet learning plan with you and your child.

REFUND POLICIES, WITHDRAWALS, LATE FEES, CANCELLATIONS (For Summer)

  • The $50 application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. If your camp choices are full, you are paying to join the waitlist.

  • If payment in not received within 5 days of due date, you forfeit your child’s spot in the program.

  • You may withdraw your student at any time, but you will not be refunded for payment already submitted. For example, if you pay in May for June camps, but then withdraw on May 30, you will not receive a refund. Tuition payments have limited transferability. You may transfer your payment to another week in the Summer with the following limitations. 1) You must notify us at least 7 days prior to week that particular summer camp begins, 2) Transfer will be based on space availability, 3) Pay $25 change fee. For example, if you paid for the week of June 5, but want to change to June 12. You will need to notify us by May 29 and pay an additional $25.

  • We do not want children switching back and forth between half day and full day camps. This disrupts the continuity with children and teachers. There are a few exceptions that you can discuss with the director. Reasoning may include: You are on the waitlist for full day camp and are attending half day until a full day camp slot opens. In this scenario, once a full day slot opens, you would spend the rest of the summer in full day camps.

  • You must keep your child home if they are showing signs of illness. We cannot refund you for days missed when your child is home sick.

  • There are no "make-up" classes if your child is absent.
