STEPS TO APPLY:
1. Click the "Buy Now" button to be redirected to our shop to pay the $60 Application fee (per student). If you cannot afford the application fee, please reach out to us via email at: admin@wonderbloom.org

2. Click "Application Info" to read all the ins and outs about the 2026-2027 academic year.
3. Review the '26-'27 Parent Handbook & Parent Contract for the academic year on the "Current Parents" tab of our website.
4. Click on the "Apply Online" button to fill out the application.
There is ONE application for both 2026 Summer Camp and the 2026-2027 Academic Year.
If you are only interested in the academic year, please fill out the application fully, but choose "No" on the summer camp questions. For more information about our summer program click "2026 Summer Camp" tab of our website.
5. Could you use tuition assistance? First, see if you qualify for a subsidy from the Department of Workforce Services. Next, fill out our scholarship application. We offer scholarships for both summer & academic year.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
WHAT'S NEXT...

You will be notified via email within two weeks of your application being submitted if your request has been accepted. At that time, you will receive enrollment forms and an invoice via Brightwheel.

Return your enrollment forms and complete your payments within 2 business days of being notified of application acceptance. For the academic year, a $150 enrollment fee is due with your enrollment forms. This payment is non-refundable and holds your child(ren)'s spot in class.

After enrollment forms and payment are received, we will be in contact with you about upcoming events and additional information you'll need prior to your child's first day.

For the 2026-2027 Academic Yr, a deposit equal to one month of tuition (known as "Last Month's Tuition") will be due. The first payment, which is half of this deposit will be due July 15, 2026 . The second half is due August 1, 2026. September tuition will then be due on August 15, 2025. ALL TUITION ONCE PAID IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

Starting September 1, 2026, tuition is due on the 1st day of each month.

Order of Application Acceptance: Staff & Board Children, Current Families, Siblings, Alumni, & the Public
AGE QUALIFICATIONS
For our mixed aged (3-5 yrs) classes children must be three years old before the school year starts. Their birthday must be on or before September 1, 2023 to enroll in the school year. We accept ages up to age 5 (or the year before entering kindergarten). In the event that you have decided to hold your child back a year from kindergarten (entering at age 6) please reach out to the Wonderbloom Admin Team prior completing your child's registration to discuss the appropriateness of them attending our program. For our two year-old class children's birthday must be on or before September 1, 2024 to enroll in the school year.
We do not have toileting requirements. If your child is in diapers or learning to use the toilet we will work with families to create a plan that best meets the child's toileting needs.
PARENT VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT (For Academic Yr ONLY)
For the academic year, each family enrolled, a parent/ guardian/family member is required to volunteer 3 hours per month. Families that are unable to meet the required volunteer hours each month (3hrs) may opt out by paying an additional fee of $75/mo.
REFUND POLICIES, WITHDRAWALS, LATE FEES, CANCELLATIONS

The $60 application fee is non-refundable.

The $150 enrollment fee is non-refundable. This will hold your child's spot in class.

"Last Month's Tuition" is non-refundable.

You may withdraw your student at any time, but you will not be refunded for payments already submitted. (For example, if you pay on October 1st and you withdraw your student on October 15, you will not be refunded the payment made on October 1st.) We recommend giving at least 30 days notice before withdrawing your student.

A late fee of $50 will be incurred on the 3rd day of the month after payment is not received. If payment is not completed by the 5th day of the month, your child's enrollment will be cancelled starting the 1st day of the following month.

Extended Care. Families will have the option to pay for extended care hours/days a month at a time. Drop-ins will only be allowed with at least three business days notice. In the event that we do not have enough children enrolled in this portion of our program, we reserve the right to cancel extended care.
