Please familiarize yourself with our policies, submit your application and pay the application fee. Once your fee and application are received, we will notify you within 14 business days regarding your application status. Please pay one application fee per child and leave the child's name in the notes.
 
Application fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. 
 
NOTHING WILL BE MAILED AND THERE IS NOTHING TO PICK UP. (Unfortunately, the website won't let us customize this part of the product.)
